Canada’s Freddie Mojallal, better known under the moniker The Autumn Portrait, is making waves all across the nation. Known for packing venues from Victoria to Halifax and back, TAP is just getting started.

The Autumn Portrait has recently released a music video for “Welcome To The Night,” the 1^st in a series of 4 music videos to be release the next 4 weeks. “Buzz artist” is a common term to describe The Autumn Portrait as Freddie’s recent single for “Awake” was featured on CMT Canada with amazing viewer response. Last year, Freddie and his band set out on the road on a pair of western Canadian tours and a much more ambitious cross-Canada tour performing close to forty shows in eight provinces. The band earned themselves media praise from coast to coast and helped amass a large and devoted fan base. The Autumn Portrait’s debut album “The Design Is Over,” was produced by Tom Dobrzanski (The Zolas, Said The Whale, We Are The City) and released in October 2010 and it’s getting people talking.

When Freddie isn’t making music videos or writing music, he can be found touring with his band across the country. The Autumn Portrait will be returning to Canadian Music Week 2012 in Toronto along with a cross-country “Welcome To The Night Tour.” This is going to be a great year. I can feel it.
